1. Eligibility & Adult Responsibility

• Only adults (18 years or older) may create and manage child profiles.
• Adults are solely responsible for the accuracy of information provided in the child profile.
• Adults must supervise children’s use of the app at all times.

2. Child Profile Information

To personalize stories, Fabloo collects limited information:

• Child’s first name (not full name)
• Age (so that age relevant stories can be generated)
• Gender
• Preferred language

This information is used only to tailor story content and improve the app experience.

3. Privacy & Data Use

• We do not collect sensitive personal data (such as full names, addresses, or financial details).
• Child profile data is stored securely and used only within the app for personalization.
• We do not sell or share child profile information with third parties.
• We process data in accordance with applicable data protection laws (including GDPR where applicable).

4. Content & Usage

• Stories generated are for entertainment and educational purposes only.
• The app must not be used for unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate purposes.
• Adults are responsible for ensuring appropriate use by children.

5. AI‑Generated Content

• Stories within Fabloo are generated using artificial intelligence engines.
• We apply due diligence and implement safeguards to filter and remove harmful or inappropriate content.
• However, no automated system is perfect. Adults are responsible for supervising children’s use of the app and reviewing generated stories to ensure suitability.

6. Intellectual Property

• All rights in the app, its technology, and generated content remain with Fabloo.
• Users may enjoy generated stories for personal, non-commercial use.
• Commercial use or redistribution of generated content is not permitted without prior written consent.

7. Consent

• By creating a child profile and using the app, you consent to the collection and use of the limited information described above.
• You confirm that you are the legal guardian or have parental consent to provide this information.

8. Liability & Disclaimer

• Fabloo is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for damages arising from use of the app, except where required by law.
• Adults remain responsible for supervising children’s use of the app.

9. Global Availability

• Fabloo is available globally via the App Store and Google Play.
• Local laws and regulations may apply depending on your country of use.
• By using the app outside your home jurisdiction, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
• Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

• We may update these Terms from time to time.
• Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
